Back in February Homes & Gardens featured our Lemon Pocket Journal in their 'Colourful Kitchen' piece and with RECIPES engraved on the front in black. We love the contemporary look for a recipe journal and it inspired a hot debate over our favourite tv chefs and best recipes. Jamie Oliver came up a lot, he is a hero after all. So below is my top favourite Jamie recipe of the moment from his Jamie Does Book, and the fresh carrot and pomegranate salad make it the perfect recipe for a spring supper. I promise it's a winner!
